Dr. Dawn Stokes-Tyler serves as Associate Minister at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church since June 2014 and holds the position of Second Vice President at NEW HOPE ETC since July 2021. With extensive experience in the East Orange School District since September 1993, roles have included Assistant Director of Teaching & Learning and Innovative Projects, Supervisor of Staff Development, School Improvement Grant Supervisor, Teacher Trainer, and Middle/High School Teacher in various subjects. Dr. Stokes-Tyler earned a Doctorate of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from William Paterson University.
