Jennifer Parrish

Jennifer Parrish, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of Employment Compliance at East Orange School District since December 2022, following a role as the Acting Manager in the Division of Labor Relations & Employment Services. With extensive experience in human resources, Jennifer has held various positions within the East Orange School District since 2011, including LRES Specialist and Confidential Secretary. Prior to their tenure in education, Jennifer worked as an Operations Manager at NobleStrategy, LLC. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration focused on Leadership and Strategic Human Resource Management from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business/Management from Montclair State University.
