Katrina Thurman

Katrina Thurman is an accomplished opera professional currently serving as the Director of Artistic Administration at Opera Omaha since September 2023. In addition to this role, Thurman has been the General & Artistic Director of the East Passyunk Opera Project (ePOP) since November 2019 and has maintained a successful career as an opera singer since May 2001. Recent positions also include Director of Communications at UIA Talent Agency and Director of Marketing & Community Engagement at ADA Artist Management. Prior experience includes serving as a soloist with the Metropolitan Opera and as PR & Marketing Manager at ADA Artist Management. Katrina Thurman holds a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance from Oklahoma City University.
