Jessica Mauro

Jessica Mauro has extensive experience in education, currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher at East Penn School District since April 2014, where notable contributions include receiving the 2018 PPL Empowering Educators Grant and participating in various curriculum and behavioral committees. Prior roles include substitute teaching at both East Penn and Parkland School Districts, as well as a student teaching position at Kutztown University. Earlier, Jessica held positions focused on environmental education, such as Coordinator for the Lehigh Valley Land Recycling Initiative and Program Leader at The Sustainable Energy Fund, highlighting a strong background in promoting sustainable practices. Jessica holds a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Kutztown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Penn State University.
