Neil Berry

Neil Berry is an experienced investment professional currently serving as an Investment Manager at East Riding of Yorkshire Council since July 2020, overseeing portfolio management across a diverse range of assets including sovereign debt, credit, private equity, and alternatives. Prior to this, Neil held the positions of Assistant Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Manager at Border To Coast Pensions Partnership, where Neil developed alternative investment products and established operational frameworks. Neil’s earlier experience includes roles as an Investment Analyst and Programmes Coordinator at East Riding of Yorkshire Council, and as an Independent Business Owner at LCB Solutions. With a strong background in risk management and project oversight from tenure at HBOS and Halifax, Neil has cultivated expertise in portfolio performance, market analysis, and business development. Neil Berry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with Politics and Economics from The Open University.
