Faizan S. Syed

Faizan Sadi Syed is a seasoned entrepreneur and finance professional with extensive experience in various sectors. As the Founder and CEO of East River since March 2016, Faizan has established an award-winning performance marketing agency focused on customer acquisition and retention across digital platforms. Additionally, Faizan founded HibaLife in 2015 to promote premium Sidr Honey sourced from the Hindukush Himalaya region. Previous experiences include co-founding HTV, the region's first health and lifestyle TV channel, and working as an Investment Banking Associate at Barclays Capital, where Faizan managed transactions exceeding $20 billion. Faizan began a career in marketing and business analysis at General Motors, recognized as an Emerging Global Leader. Academically, Faizan holds an MBA in Finance and Investment Banking from Cornell University and a BA in Psychology and Economics from the University of Virginia.
