Arcelia Ocaña Manjarrez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Arcelia began their career in 2004 as a Commercial Photographer, specializing in corporate, architecture, events, real estate, portrait, fashion, and travel photography. Arcelia also provided photo-retouching services to clients such as Vancouver Film School, Cossette, and Genesis Gaming. In 2008, they became an Independent Filmmaker, taking on roles such as Director, Director of Photography, Camera Operator, 1st AD, and Editor. Arcelia was involved in all aspects of the filmmaking process, from idea inception to post-production and distribution.

In 2011, Arcelia Ocaña Manjarrez co-founded Ribbit Ribbit Studios, where they served as a Co-owner and Creative Partner. In this role, they managed global clients, conducted meetings in different time zones, presented and explained projects, hired and managed talents, and handled payments, deadlines, and budgets. Arcelia held this position until 2017.

During their freelance career, they also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer under their own company, Arcelia Ocaña Graphic Design, from 2011 to 2018. Arcelia provided creative design solutions for various clients.

In 2012, Arcelia Ocaña Manjarrez worked as a Photographer and Videographer for Your Goodlife Project, showcasing their skills in visual storytelling through both mediums.

From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Marketing Graphic/Digital Designer for Genesis Gaming, utilizing their design skills in marketing campaigns and digital materials.

In 2017, they joined Rocket Builders as a Marketing & Design Manager, responsible for marketing and design strategies until 2018.

Arcelia Ocaña Manjarrez then moved to Mucha Design Corp. in 2017, where they worked as a Creative Partner, contributing their creative insights and expertise.

Most recently, they joined East Side Games in 2018 as a User Acquisition Artist. In October 2020, they transitioned into the role of Creative Project Manager, overseeing creative projects within the company.

Arcelia Ocaña Manjarrez's education history includes various degrees and certifications in the fields of design, photography, and animation. In 2004, they attended Mission: Renaissance Fine Art Classes, where they studied traditional drawing and tone techniques. From 2004 to 2006, they attended College Marsan and obtained a degree in Photographie Commerciale, specializing in SLR & DSLR photography and traditional & digital lab techniques. In 2008, they enrolled in Vancouver Film School and completed a Foundation in Visual Arts & Design degree, which included coursework in life drawing, motion graphics, illustration, film, philosophy, art history, 2D & 3D animation. Arcelia furthered their education in 2010 by attaining a degree in Digital Design from Vancouver Film School, where they studied graphic design, motion design, branding, web design, UX/UI, and typography.

In addition to their formal education, Arcelia Ocaña Manjarrez has obtained multiple certifications from Lynda.com. In 2016, they completed courses in "Mapping the Modern Web Design Process," "Writing Press Releases," and "Online Marketing Basics." In 2015, they obtained certifications in "How to Rock Social Media," "The Basics of Data for Analytics," "Marshall Arisman on Education, Finding Inspiration, and the Root of Their Art," and "Yo Santosa, Branding Expert." Arcelia also completed courses in "Mograph Techniques: Shape Animation in After Effects," "Motion Graphics Loops: 2 After Effects Techniques," and "After Effects CC 2018 Essential Training: The Basics" in 2019. In 2013, they completed the course "Shooting a Photo Essay: An Artist at Work" and "Up and Running with Lightroom 5."
