Colin Ryder started their work experience in 2010 as a Junior Technical Support at The Support Source Inc., where they were responsible for setting up workstations, software installation, and computer hardware repair. In 2013, they worked as a Web Developer at SLK I.T. Solutions Inc., handling web development tasks. Colin later returned to SLK I.T. Solutions Inc. in 2013 for a short stint as a Web Developer again. From 2015 to 2017, Colin worked as a Web Application Developer at CFS Corporation, where they created internal-facing tools and client-facing websites. In 2017, they joined Cosfia Software Solutions as a Web Application Developer. Colin then worked at tbk Creative from 2018 to 2021 as a Back-end Developer. Colin subsequently joined Big Viking Games as a Software Engineer in 2021 and in 2022, they started working at East Side Games as a Back End Developer.
Colin Ryder began their education journey at Seneca College in 2007, where they studied Digital Media Arts for a year. Colin then moved on to Humber College from 2008 to 2010, specializing in Game Programming. Finally, Colin attended Sheridan College from 2011 to 2014, earning an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Software Development and Network Engineering.
