Nathan McCaw has a background in game design, with their most recent role being an Associate Game Designer II at East Side Games since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Game Designer at Koolhaus Games from January 2020 to December 2021. Before entering the professional industry, they gained experience as a Lead Designer at Beer Belch Games from October 2018 to January 2020, where they were responsible for balancing gun stats, creating gameplay write-ups, and aligning design work with the overall vision of a 2D-shooter party game.
Nathan McCaw attended LaSalle College Vancouver from 2018 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Game Art & Design. Their field of study focused on All Around Game Design.
