Khristanne Hunter is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at East Tennessee Children's Hospital since August 2021. Prior to this, Khristanne held multiple roles at Covenant Health, including Transfer Coordinator, responsible for managing internal transfers for approximately 11,000 employees, and Staffing Coordinator, where onboarding processes and coordination with various stakeholders were key responsibilities. Khristanne's career also includes positions at Knox County Schools as a Bookkeeper and Resource Instructional Assistant, alongside experience as an Event Manager at Marriott International, coordinating various events. Khristanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Radford University.
