Taleigh Woods is a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Pilot Company as of November 2023, with previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist at East Tennessee Children's Hospital and a Professional Recruiter at Tech USA. Taleigh has demonstrated expertise in recruiting and training, achieving staffing objectives, conducting semantic and Boolean searches, and utilizing applicant tracking systems. Earlier roles include bartending at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux, where Taleigh excelled in customer service and conflict resolution, and waitressing at Drake's, which honed skills in multitasking and communication. Taleigh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, graduating in May 2021.
