Tracy Lang—Mba

Tracy Lang's work experience includes positions in Human Resources at East Tennessee Children's Hospital and Blount Memorial Hospital. At East Tennessee Children's Hospital, they were the Director of Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations, as well as the HR Director & Assistant Administrator for Primary Care/Subspecialties. TRACY also served as the Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS. Prior to that, they worked at Blount Memorial Hospital as the Payroll Administrator and Human Resources Information Manager.

Tracy Lang holds an MBA degree from Western Governors University, which was obtained between 2018 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Tusculum University, graduating summa cum laude in the years 1998 to 2001. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tracy obtained certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional from WorldatWork and also served as the Past President and Secretary of the East Tennessee Compensation & Benefits Association (ETCBA).
