Mike Kader

Mike Kader is an experienced IT professional with a background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as IT Director and CIO at the East Texas Council of Governments since May 2018, Mike Kader focuses on delivering exceptional IT services and has developed compliance-driven IT policies. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at NTR Partners III, LLC, Director of Enterprise Applications at Western Refining/Northern Tier Energy, and President/Consultant at ATA Communications. Mike Kader's extensive experience also encompasses management positions at Mobil Oil, BP, and International Spring Industries, as well as a programming role at John McLean and Associates. Mike Kader holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
