Michael Moore

Michael Moore is the General Manager and CEO of East Valley Water District since September 2022. Prior to this role, Michael served as the Assistant General Manager for the City of Anaheim from 2014 to September 2022. Michael's experience includes positions such as Client Service Manager at MWH from 2009 to 2014 and Past President of the Orange County Water Association from 2008 to 2014. Additionally, Michael held the role of Vice President at RBF Consulting from 1997 to 2008 and worked as an Engineering Manager at Goleta Water District from 1994 to 1997. Michael's career began as an Engineer at Golden State Water Company from 1992 to 1994.
