Ben Chung

Ben Chung currently serves as the SVP/Deputy General Counsel at East West Bank, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this, Ben was Of Counsel at Morrison & Foerster LLP from April 2005 to August 2021, providing counsel to various sectors, including financial services and technology, on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance. Ben's legal career began as an Associate at Squire Sanders from September 2001 to March 2005, focusing on corporate finance and M&A transactions. Ben holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, summa cum laude, from UCLA.
