Teresa Mao

Teresa Mao is a legal professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as a Legal Consultant at East West Bank since October 2012, Teresa is responsible for reviewing contracts, leading the revamp of various banking documents, and providing legal support on diverse projects, including data financing and non-performing loans. Previous positions include Legal Counsel at OCBC Bank, where responsibilities involved drafting banking documents and supporting new business initiatives, and Legal Assistant Manager at China CITIC Bank International Limited. Teresa holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Southern California, an MBA in Financial Management from Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, complemented by a minor in Accounting.
