Rob Krosley

Rob Krosley is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in managing communications and engagement programs across various sectors. Currently serving as the Communications and Engagement Manager at the East-West Gateway Council of Governments since May 2024, Rob oversees both internal and external communications while supervising a team and analyzing program effectiveness. Previous roles include Communications Manager at Washington University in St. Louis, where Rob directed communications for the Social Policy Institute, and Communications and Project Manager for The Carver Project, focusing on online course development. Additional experience includes policy research for the Missouri Senate, digital campaign management for Victory Enterprises, and various roles in political campaigns. Rob holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Music Business from Anderson University.
