Andie Andersen

Andie Andersen is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in retail and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at East West Gem Co. since December 2024, Andie previously held the same title at Joyfolie, where responsibilities included overseeing cross-functional teams, implementing supply chain policies, and enhancing profitability. Prior roles include Senior Sales Associate at Tory Burch, Head of People Operations at Canopy, and Flagship Visual Merchandising Operations Manager at Pottery Barn. Andie's career spans various management positions in logistics, customer experience, and visual merchandising across companies such as Target, PANDORA A/S, and Victoria's Secret. Andie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising/Business Management from Marist College and is currently pursuing a Yellowbrick Certificate in Performing Arts Industry Essentials at NYU Tisch School of the Arts.
