Ken Summerbell

Ken Summerbell is a seasoned electrical design engineer with extensive experience in product development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer at East West Manufacturing since June 2018, Ken contributes to the creation of products designed for volume manufacture in the far east. As the founder of KENgineers since April 2016, Ken addresses electronic project challenges for various companies, leveraging significant industry expertise. Previously, Ken held roles such as Development Manager at Offshore Systems (UK) Ltd, Engineering Manager at Captec, and R&D Manager at Consultronics / Exfo, overseeing teams and projects that encompassed advanced telecom test equipment, custom hardware, and marine applications. Ken holds an MSc in Electronic Product Development and a BSc in Technology, Electronics, Engineering, and Project Management, along with an IPC Designer Certification.
