William Conway

William Conway serves as the Director of New Product Introduction at East West Manufacturing, overseeing engineering and project management functions since August 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at Newell Brands, where William held multiple roles including Engineering Manager for Car Seat Product Development and was instrumental in leading the R&D team for car seat brands such as Graco. William has also contributed to various consumer product developments at In Zone Brands, medical device innovations at LifeSync Corporation, and product development consulting at Enginuity Works. William began the career as an Associate R&D Engineer and earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
