Ron Wilson

Ron Wilson has an extensive background in leadership and ministry, currently serving as Regional Vice President of the Americas at East-West since February 2019, with previous roles including Senior Regional Director and Regional Director of Latin America. Prior to East-West, Ron Wilson was the Director of Missions at NEXT Worldwide from March 2010 to February 2019, where oversight of the Missions Team and implementation of Missions Strategy were key responsibilities. Ron Wilson's earlier experience includes student ministry roles at Eastwood Baptist Church and First Baptist Church LaPlace, as well as a position in youth ministry at First Baptist Church Spartanburg. Additionally, Ron Wilson held various management and sales positions at Nike from 1992 to 1998. Education includes a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministries from Moody Bible Institute.
