Wes Searcy has a long history in ministry, starting as a Student Minister and working their way up to Executive Pastor and Vice President roles. With over 30 years of experience, Wes currently serves as the President/Co-Founder of NEXT Worldwide and holds leadership positions in various other organizations. Wes is committed to training pastors and leaders globally and believes in the importance of mobilizing the next generation for God's mission.
