Charlie Singer

Charlie Singer has a diverse work experience that includes roles in finance, investment banking, coaching, research analysis, and sailing. Charlie began their career as a Camp Counselor and Sailing Instructor at Camp Sea Gull and Camp Seafarer in 2012. Charlie then worked as a Racer and Boathand at Oakcliff Sailing Center in 2013. In 2014, they served as the Head Sailing Coach at Jesuit High School of New Orleans and also worked as a Yacht Captain at Lesson #1. Charlie later joined Burkenroad Reports in 2015 as an Equity Research Analyst, where they conducted qualitative analysis, built financial models, and published investment reports. In the same year, they also worked as a Summer Analyst at EY. In 2016, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Charlie joined East West Partners in 2017, starting as a Development Analyst and later serving as the Director of Finance/Assistant Project Manager and currently holds the position of Vice President of Finance.

Charlie Singer attended The Park School of Baltimore from 2004 to 2012. They did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study at this institution.

Later, from 2012 to 2016, Charlie attended Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business. Here, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management degree with a major in Finance and Legal Studies. They also pursued a minor in Architectural Studies. During their time at Tulane, Charlie achieved an impressive GPA of 3.8 out of 4.0.

In addition to their formal education, Charlie Singer has obtained various certifications. These include First Aid/CPR from the American Red Cross, Level 1 Sailing Instructor and Lifeguard certifications from US Sailing and the American Red Cross respectively, Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vesells from the U.S. Coast Guard, and Series 63 and Series 79 certifications from FINRA. The obtained months and years for these certifications are not provided.
