Thomas Smith

Thomas Smith is a seasoned commercial manager with extensive experience in the railway and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Commercial Manager at East West Railway Company since June 2023, Thomas previously held similar roles at HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd and Network Rail.
