Prabhat Patro is an experienced human resources professional with a robust history in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Group Human Resource Business Partner and Head of Human Resources at East-West Seed since June 2018, Prabhat previously held positions such as Senior Human Resources Manager at Eternis Fine Chemicals Limited and Head of Plant Human Resources at Kimberly-Clark. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Human Resources Manager at Siemens and Assistant Manager- HR at Wockhardt Ltd. and Orchid Pharma, as well as a Senior Officer in HR & Admin at J K Ansell Limited.
