Shijo Joseph

Shijo Joseph serves as the Group CIO and Head of Strategy & Transformation at East-West Seed since May 2016, where responsibilities include driving long-term strategy through technology and leading IT, Strategy, and Sustainability functions. Prior to this role, Shijo held the position of AVP - IT at Gujarat Gas Company Limited, overseeing IT functions and implementing significant cost-saving initiatives. Experience at PerkinElmer, Inc. as Country Head - IT involved spearheading IT strategy and service delivery in India, while past roles at Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd and Aramex focused on establishing IT standards and managing IT organizations, respectively. Shijo holds a Leadership Skills for Top Management program from the Indian School of Business and has completed several certifications, including ITIL Intermediate and Microsoft Certified System Engineer.
