With over thirty years of experience in financial institutions M&A and capital raising, Phillip's career includes positions as Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Phillip holds a MBA from The Wharton School and a BA/BS in Finance and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
