Tiago Parra

Tiago Parra is a software engineer with a strong background in backend development and team leadership at EastBanc Technologies since May 2022. Prior to this role, Tiago founded and maintained Crontask.io, a platform as a service for scheduling periodic Node tasks, from March 2021 to September 2022. Tiago has extensive experience as a senior software engineer at BNP Paribas Securities Services from April 2015 to May 2022 and served as a student mentor for scientific projects at TreeTree2 between September 2019 and June 2020. Earlier roles include software development for an online exam supervision platform at Instituto Superior Técnico and contributing to the SARACEN P2P initiative at INESC-ID. Tiago holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, where education was completed from 2007 to 2014.
