Barbara Nooter

Barbara Nooter is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in the real estate and financial services sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at EastBanc since June 2015, Barbara previously held roles such as Senior Property Accountant at Horning Management Company and Controller of Property Accounting at AHC Inc., where expertise in property management accounting was developed. Prior to these positions, Barbara operated Independent Bookkeeping Services, provided tax preparation at Abramson & Associates, and gained valuable experience as a licensed stock broker's assistant and Certified Financial Planner at Dean Witter Reynolds and other firms. With an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University and a BA in Sociology from the University of Virginia, Barbara combines strong financial acumen with a background in community-focused real estate development.
