Currently serving as the Director of Construction Services at Eastbrook Homes since 2013, John oversees materials purchasing, plan design, and the implementation of construction software, while ensuring compliance with structural requirements and supporting multiple departments. Previous positions include Manager of Construction Systems and New Product Development at Singh Homes and President of LEAD Design Group, Inc., where John managed purchasing activities, developed budgets, and designed custom home plans. With foundational experience as a Project Manager and Site Supervisor, alongside educational credentials including a Master of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University, John possesses a well-rounded skill set in construction and design management.
