Tracy Pryce

Tracy Pryce is an experienced professional in human resources and customer experience, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources and Customer Experience at Eastbrook Homes since January 2020. Prior to this role, Tracy was the Director of Customer Experience at Symplicity Communications, Inc., where the focus was on simplifying telecommunications for clients, from January 2017 to January 2020. Tracy also held the position of Director of Customer Relations at The Iserv Company from 2000 to December 2016, and has experience in call center management and marketing from a tenure at Foremost Insurance between March 1992 and March 2000.
