Erin Kernan Aronson

Erin Kernan Aronson is an accomplished attorney at Eastburn and Gray, P.C. since September 2013, specializing in Labor and Employment law, representing both employers and employees in matters related to workplace discrimination, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and PHRA, while also advising on FMLA and wage-related issues. Previously, Erin served as a Legislative Aide for the Delaware State Senate, facilitating the legislative process by drafting and guiding legislation. Additionally, experience includes the role of Executive Assistant to the Cabinet Secretary at the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, where Erin supported communications and policy initiatives, and served as Chief Policy Advisor for the Health Fund Advisory Committee. Earlier, Erin coordinated campaigns for Friends of John Carney, managing voter outreach and ensuring compliance with election laws.
