Joan Price

Joan Price is an experienced attorney with a robust background in real estate valuation and assessment litigation, currently serving at Eastburn and Gray, PC since December 2016. With over 25 years in assessment administration and litigation, Joan provides independent advice to counties on reassessment matters. Previously, Joan served as Solicitor for the Assessors Association of Pennsylvania and as Solicitor for the Montgomery County Board of Assessment Appeals, where contributions included legislative drafting for the Consolidated County Assessment Law. Earlier roles include Associate Attorney at Clark Ladner Fortenbaugh & Young, Assistant Public Defender at the Montgomery County Public Defenders Office, and Law Clerk for The Honorable Albert R. Subers. Joan holds a BA in Political Science from Chestnut Hill College and a JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
