Paramedic, CPR Instructor at Eastchester Volunteer Ambulance Corps

Kenneth Capellan is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in emergency medical services and clinical roles. Currently serving as a Paramedic with Empress Ambulance Service since January 2024, Kenneth provides advanced life support (ALS) response to 911 calls in several cities, following established medical protocols. Kenneth also has a longstanding role as a Paramedic and CPR Instructor with Eastchester Volunteer Ambulance Corps since November 2014, training new paramedics and EMTs. Additional experience includes working as an Emergency Room Technician at White Plains Hospital and serving as Camp Health Director and EMT for the Rye Recreation Department. Kenneth began a career in emergency services as an EMT with the Geneseo Fire Department and has also held positions in stage technology and summer camp counseling. Educated at SUNY Westchester Community College and SUNY Geneseo, Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
