Griffin MacDermott

Griffin MacDermott is an Analyst at Eastdil Secured since August 2024, previously serving as an Analyst in the Duke Real Estate Club from September 2021 to May 2024, and as a Summer Intern at the same company in June 2023. During the Summer Internship, Griffin developed skills in Pro Forma modeling and ARGUS Enterprise. In June 2022, Griffin created and lectured 100 hours of econometrics curriculum at Duke University, enhancing teaching and presentation abilities. Prior experience includes a Summer Internship at Mayfield Holding in 2021, focusing on the coordination of construction and design for the Carriage House Club in Palm Beach. Griffin holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Finance from Duke University, where studies commenced in August 2020, following the attainment of a high school diploma from Harvard-Westlake School.
