Ron Rygiel is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, sales, marketing, and business development. Ron holds an MBA, MSME, and MEM degree.

Starting in 1996, Ron worked as an Area Manager for the Electronics Division of Raychem, a division of Tyco International Ltd. Ron then moved on to work at Cinch Connectors as a Market Manager and Program Manager for the Transportation Group.

In 2003, Ron joined Bolt Industries as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Ron played a significant role in the company's growth and its eventual sale to another company in 2006.

From 2006 to 2015, Ron founded and led Eyeloupe Capital, where they were responsible for mergers and acquisitions, due diligence consulting, and management consulting. Ron worked on various private equity deals, particularly focusing on additive manufacturing, 3D printing, and rapid prototyping.

Ron then joined Littelfuse in 2007 as the Global Market Director for the Commercial Vehicle Products (CVP) segment. In this role, they developed the CVP strategic vision and product roadmap, leading to the award of several patents and trademarks.

In 2010, Ron became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at KOMET of America, a global leader in metal machining cutting tools. Ron held this position until 2015, when they joined QCC, LLC as the Vice President of Business Development and General Manager. At QCC, Ron was responsible for sales, marketing, M&A due diligence, integration, and operational roles.

Most recently, in 2020, Ron assumed the role of Vice President of Engineering at Eastek International Corporation.

Throughout their career, Ron has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills, particularly in the aerospace, industrial, medical, and defense industries.

Ron Rygiel has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Purdue University. Ron also holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) from the University of Michigan, which they obtained through the Chrysler CIE Leadership Program. Furthermore, Ron has a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) degree with a Manufacturing Concentration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
