Kanti Gala

Kanti Gala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership management and community service. Currently serving as the Director of Leadership Management at Sana & Nisi Management since November 1988, Kanti Gala focuses on the evolving dynamics of the digital economy. Additionally, Kanti Gala has been a Community Volunteer with Easterseals New Jersey since January 2016, contributing to the organization's mission of providing vital services to individuals with disabilities and special needs. Previously, Kanti Gala served as a Board Member for Easter Seals New York from February 2009 to January 2016, advocating for education and outreach for individuals with disabilities. Prior to these roles, Kanti Gala held the position of Chief Scientist at THE BOC GROUP from September 1980 to October 1993. Kanti Gala's educational background includes a Postdoctoral degree and a Ph.D. in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Stevens Institute of Technology and St. John's University, respectively, along with a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
