Alec Murphy is an experienced talent acquisition specialist with a strong background in recruitment and management across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Easterseals UCP North Carolina & Virginia since November 2022, Alec previously held similar roles at Community Based Care, LLC, and Mako Medical. Experience also includes a managerial position at Olives A Greek Kitchen and contract roles with Randstad USA, where Alec was a Senior Recruitment Operations Coordinator, and Marchon Partners as a Senior Recruiter. Alec began the recruitment career as a Junior Recruiter at International Market Recruiters and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in University Studies with a concentration in Leadership Studies from East Carolina University.
