Carla Velez is currently the People and Culture Director at Easterseals UCP North Carolina & Virginia. Prior to this, Carla held the role of HR and Payroll Manager at Gurney's Montauk Resort and Seawater Spa and Senior HR Generalist at Cesar Castillo Inc. Carla holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Interamerican University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
