IT is supposed to be an enabler for your company, but it often becomes a hindrance for many small companies.

At Easterly we offer specialist advice and services to help SMEs in East Anglia to ensure that their IT investments are generating positive ROI. We help our customers to review, optimise and manage their IT estates; supporting their End User, Networking, Datacentre and Cloud environments.

For most of our customers their email boxes and end user devices are the most important solutions that they use and so we offer several management and monitoring solutions to provide proactive support, rather than waiting for a failure or downtime.

As our customer's requirements and businesses grow, we support them with on premise networking and datacentre hosting, as well as helping to manage and deploy cloud native solutions. As more and more IT services are implemented by a company, the security of their solutions becomes more important.

We also discuss security and business continuity and recovery strategies and plans with our customers for every solution that they hold and will support our customers in accessing the balance of risk and availability.

No IT solution is 100% secure and so it is important that we work with our customers to identify, plan and test their security and recovery methods to ensure that they maintain a high security stance, as well as recover critical services quickly.
