Cory Detty has extensive experience in IT management and support, currently serving as the IT Manager at Eastern Aleutian Tribes since June 2021. Previous roles include Systems Analyst III at GCI Communication Corp., where responsibilities involved systems and network administration for various clients across Alaska, and Network Engineer at Glacier Oil and Gas, providing IT support for approximately 100 users across eight locations. Cory also held the position of Network Administrator at Cook Inlet Region, Inc., managing corporate WAN/LAN connectivity, and served as IT Manager at Perimeter North Family Medicine, overseeing an 80-user network across multiple locations. EAT provides Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health services in federally qualified health centers in the communities of Adak, Akutan, Cold Bay, False Pass, King Cove, Nelson Lagoon, Sand Point, St. George, and Whittier. EAT's service area comprises over 100,000 square miles of the most beautiful, remote, and challenging locations in the world. EAT was formed in 1991 and includes seven Aleut tribes from the Aleutian Islands and Alaska Peninsula. These include the Agdaagux Tribal Council (King Cove), Akutan Traditional Council (Akutan), Nelson Lagoon Tribal Council (Nelson Lagoon), Unga Tribal Council (Unga in Sand Point), Qagan Tayagungin Tribal Council (Sand Point), False Pass Tribal Council (False Pass) and the Pauloff Harbor Tribal Council (Sanak in Sand Point).
