Nancy Baker

Nancy Baker, AIC-M, has extensive experience in claims management within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Supervisor of Claim Systems and Operations and as Corporate Claim Operations Executive at Eastern Alliance Insurance Group since January 2016, Nancy Baker has demonstrated leadership and operational expertise. Prior to this role, Nancy Baker worked as a Claims Supervisor at Eastern Alliance Insurance from March 2011 to January 2016 and held the same title at Donegal Insurance Group from April 1990 to March 2011. Nancy Baker is an alumnus of Dean College.
