Malmgreen John has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Malmgreen began their career as an Analytical and Chemical Technician at The International Nickel Co in 1974. In this role, they gained valuable skills and knowledge in analytical procedures.

In 1978, John joined Eastern Alloys, Inc, where they held various positions throughout their tenure. Malmgreen started as a Chemist and Process Engineer, focusing on developing and documenting operating procedures for new alloys and enhancing analytical capabilities in the lab.

John then transitioned into the role of Quality Assurance Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of products. In this role, they played a key role in establishing efficient quality control procedures.

With their growing expertise, John was promoted to become the Plant Manager at Eastern Alloys, Inc. Here, they introduced unit cost and productivity measures, resulting in a 10% increase in productivity and a 7% reduction in unit costs. Malmgreen also implemented a standardized hourly worker grading system and led the company to become ISO 9000 certified.

Later on, John took on the position of Vice President of Manufacturing and Quality at Eastern Alloys, Inc. In this role, they oversaw manufacturing operations and costs at multiple facilities, including the planning and design of a new facility in Kentucky. Malmgreen also successfully upgraded both facilities to ISO 9000:2008 and ISO 17025 standards.

Throughout their career, John has consistently demonstrated their strong leadership skills, ability to improve process efficiency, and commitment to quality control. Their vast experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry makes him a valuable asset to any organization.

Malmgreen John holds a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from Fairleigh Dickinson University, which was completed in 1978. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Hunter College of CUNY in 1973.
