Jabedul Alam has a significant amount of work experience in the finance industry. Jabedul began their career at HSBC in 2000 as a Retail Banking Officer and later took on the role of Manager. In 2013, they became a Business Development Manager before leaving the company in 2016.
In 2016, Jabedul joined BRAC Bank Limited and held various roles such as Senior Vice President, Head of trade development, Head of Trade and Cash Management, Executive Vice President, and Head of Transaction Banking. Jabedul worked at BRAC Bank Limited until 2023 when they joined Eastern Bank PLC. as a Senior Executive Vice President.
Jabedul Alam obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a major in accounting from the University of Chittagong. Jabedul attended the university from 1994 to 1999.
