Abby Nguyen-Burke

Abby Nguyen-Burke has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Abby began their career as an Assistant Manager at United Colors of Benetton from August 2001 to August 2002. Abby then joined Polo Ralph Lauren as the Lead Women's Sales from October 2002 to September 2003.

In September 2003, Abby transitioned to Eastern Bank, where they worked in various roles. Abby started as a Branch Manager from September 2003 to December 2009. Subsequently, they served as a Business Banking Relationship Manager, Vice President from January 2010 to October 2020.

Moving up in their career, Abby assumed the role of Business Banking Training Manager at Eastern Bank from October 2020 onwards. In this position, they implemented and facilitated training programs to enhance the effectiveness of the business banking sales team.

Furthermore, Abby recently began working as the Senior Vice President, Team Leader, Equity Alliance for Business from February 2022. In this role, they lead a team of relationship managers who provide consultative services to underrepresented business owners, with a focus on women, people of color, LGBTQIA+, veterans, and disabled communities. The Equity Alliance for Business offers specialized credit solutions tailored to the needs of diverse business owners.

Abby Nguyen-Burke earned their Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of Massachusetts Boston, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
