Andrew Michel has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Andrew started their career at Virgin Money (formerly CircleLending) as a Lead Engineer from October 2004 to December 2009. Andrew then worked at Public Consulting Group as a Senior Developer from April 2010 to July 2010. Following that, they joined Memento as a Solution Consultant from July 2010 to August 2011. Andrew simultaneously served as an MBA Candidate at Boston University School of Management from August 2011 to May 2013. Andrew later joined IBM as a Market Development Intern from October 2012 to June 2013. Andrew then worked at PA Consulting Group as a Consultant Analyst from July 2013 to November 2014. After that, they joined Homesite Insurance as a Technical Analyst from November 2014 to September 2015. Currently, they are employed at Eastern Bank as a Senior Digital Channels Analyst, starting from January 2016.

Andrew Michel holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued an MS degree in Information Technology from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University from 2005 to 2007.
