Cheryle Leonard

Cheryle Leonard is a seasoned audit professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Auditor at Eastern Bank since August 2003, following a role as Vice President - Audit Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Audit Engagement Supervisor at John Hancock Life Insurance Company from 1999 to 2003, and earlier as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen from 1989 to 1991. Cheryle holds a B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern University and a Certificate from the CBA Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at Furman University, attained between 2010 and 2012.
