Heather Allen has over two decades of experience in customer experience and account management. At Eastern Bank since October 1999, Heather holds the position of Chief Customer Experience Officer, as well as Senior Vice President of Corporate Call Centers, overseeing inbound and outbound 1-800 services, IVR, chat, online banking support, and problem resolution for both consumer and business banking clients. Prior to this, Heather was a Senior Account Representative for the West Coast at Addison Wesley from 1990 to 1999.
