Karen Gallagher

Karen Gallagher has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karen started their career in 1994 by establishing their own consulting and training firm called Gallagher Consulting & Training. As the owner and Microsoft Certified Specialist and Trainer, they successfully managed the company until 2003.

In 2003, Karen joined Citizens Bank as a Vice President and Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager. Karen held this position for eight years before transitioning to Eastern Bank in 2011. At Eastern Bank, Karen served as a Vice President and Business Banking Officer, responsible for driving business growth and managing client relationships. Karen remained in this role until 2017.

In 2014, Karen also worked at Coastal Community Capital, where they served on the Credit Committee. Simultaneously, they held the position of Treasurer in the Cape Cod Technology Council from 2013 to 2016.

In 2017, Karen joined The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod as a Vice President in Commercial Lending. Here, they contributed to the bank's lending activities for two years before returning to Eastern Bank in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of VP Commercial Portfolio Manager at Eastern Bank, where they continue to make significant contributions to the company.
