Kim (Jeffs) Popieniek has a diverse range of work experience. Prior to this, they founded and managed the New England Shockwave Non-profit Organization, focusing on developing athletes and promoting team success. Kim (Jeffs) Popieniek began their education journey in 2001, where they attended Plymouth State University. Kim pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology, completing their studies in 2005. After completing their bachelor's degree, Kim went on to further their education at Plymouth State University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Applied Meteorology from 2005 to 2007.
