Kim Popieniek (Jeffs)

Kim (Jeffs) Popieniek has a diverse range of work experience. Kim is currently working at Eastern Bank as a Senior Technology Support Technician, where they provide technical support and solutions to colleagues. Prior to this, they founded and managed the New England Shockwave Non-profit Organization, focusing on developing athletes and promoting team success. Kim also owns Maximum Performance Pitching and serves as a softball pitching instructor. In the past, Kim has worked at Hebrew Senior Life as an Information Technology Help Desk Support and at Fogline Systems LLC as a Technical Associate. Kim also worked as a Softball Pitching Coach at Wheaton College (MA) and as a private pitching coach. Before transitioning to the technology sector, Kim worked as an Environmental Analyst II at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and as a Weather Observer Intern at T.F. Green Airport. Kim has a background in meteorology and previously served as a Meteorology Teaching Assistant at Plymouth State University.

Kim (Jeffs) Popieniek began their education journey in 2001, where they attended Plymouth State University. Kim pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology, completing their studies in 2005. After completing their bachelor's degree, Kim went on to further their education at Plymouth State University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Applied Meteorology from 2005 to 2007.
